wraps while cutting?

Dumb question maybee but hey i'm no diet guru. So what do all you GURUS think about having a couple whole wheat organic wraps every day?

it really depends on your metabolism. if you have a fast one i dont see how the wrap itself could hurt, but the ingredients are what is important. if you have a slow metabolism you want to avoid any kid of bread product while cutting.

I have found I can get away with that sort of thing personally, at least leading me into 6% or so. I'm not sure I would go with eating multiple wraps each and every day. What I do is let's say my diet would call for two meals of 100% rolled oats each day when I am at my strictest. When I am les strict, I'll replace one or both of those meals with a wrap (same caloric content in total though). Try something like that and see if the fat loss stops, slows or is unaffected.

Don Poncho low carb, low fat, high fiber, high protein wraps. They aren't the best tasting, but they aren't that bad. They have like 100 cals, 3.5gs fat, around 10g of both fiber and protein.

6%? genetic freaaakkk

i have a horrible metabolism, i avoid all bread while 'strictly' cutting. You can easily get away with that kind of stuff until 10%, but if you are going for a lower number than that I would start to avoid them, generally speaking..

Trader Joe's carries a Low carb WW tortilla which is 50 cals.....on my baseline diet I ate them.....

What about making lettuce wraps? zero cals..similar sandwich-like effect. I'm gonna do this :) I'm a genius.
