I am waiting for Jake to get me the info too.

I am not going to know how close I am to the 500 mark until November. I still have some weight to gain to be a solid 181r. 3 months left of focused training and eating. I'll let you know...
 
WPO results

Let me check the strength list first, but I read on Go Heavy that Coan squatted 1038, all time all weight division record and Goggins was at 1036 in the squat. Garry frank supposedly only made 914. Probably only his opener.

Damn, no info. But check the go heavy debate page, there is more info there, but the above are the big numbers I remember as standing out. Coan did 2 1000+ pound squats.

Coan did awesome and Wade Hopper did to. Hooper is my freaking hero. Not to often is someone on top of the squat AND the bench. Usually one or the other, but never both. I am curious how Caprari did.
