Yeah she was cool, saw Jill Mills also, Coan-Goggins-Frank-Kaz-big numbers everywhere, makes you humble quick.

I hear that. I always think it will be a goal reached when I reach Elite...then I look at the numbers, and know that Elite isn't even competitive anymore. It's just one of many milestones. THESE PEOPLE are truly motivating. They are setting the standards, not some chart.

I always find Jill humbling...mostly because when I see her hamstrings I'm rendered speechless.

I saw Becca last...about...3 months ago. She is such a sweetheart. Very generous with her time, and puts up with "Damn girl! You lift weights?!?" bullshit with GREAT congeniality. I was very impressed with her. Very.

That sounds like a great meet indeed. I wish I could have seen it all go down. Did you type that right, Goggins squatted 1102 lbs.!!!! That is gigantic.

Yeah, there were several(6+) thousand squatters, a couple were a little high, even tho they red lighted Chuck's easy 1014 for being 'high' even after everyone thought it was perfect.

yeah i got to see Jill Mills for the first time and i couldnt stop umm staring (i think shes hot). and i knew becca was big, but she is bigger than i thought, very impressive, almost intimidating(shes squats more then me .....for now).

the lifting was great i thought, cept for some shoddy calls by judges on 'certain" lifters. goggins is incredible. ano squatted 1081 i beleive which is incredible too.

i relearned that i hate the expo room, too many people(stupid people), and standing around watching the bench classic just about killed my back. but i really liked the wpo meet.

How far away is the first 1200lb squat...sometime in my lifetime I hope.
