Wow - REALLY like this music.

I've been pretty jaded lately on the music I've been listening to.

A friend/coworker just walked by my desk and tossed a cd onto my desk and said that he thought I'd like it. He said it was a jazz fusion thing, and I thought - yeah, I'll "love" that.

I tossed it in and this thing RULES!!!

It is "Tourist" by St. Germain.
hopefully I can borrow it tonight and burn a copy until the Amazon one comes.

I don't know the name of any of the songs since he seems to have burned them in a different order - but they are cool as hell.

Have you heard of Sam Roberts? You might like him he's pretty good.
These guys are harder but Finger Eleven are good (canadian). So is Hayden. Those guys are canadian but you might like some of them.

That's unfortunate cause then I'd imagine that there isn't an "on" switch either and even if there was it soundslike it'd be an awful lot of work to switch on.

can't say i have heard of them and i'm too damn lazy to find their stuff on the net, but i will say this: i too have been in a foul/jaded/pissy mood lately and nothing seems to sound as good as Slipknot or this little known band called Crossbreed. Plenty of hate and hostility on both albums. enjoy.
