would bpc157 help with bad elbows?

I did 12x12 pullups on my back and arms day. Took like 1-2 minutes between sets. Afterwards I started feeling some elbow issues and now tendonitis has developed. I can’t even work my arms correctly in the gym anymore! How much bpc157 would you recommend I use going forward to help with this? Should I go with 100mcg a day into my elbow? Or should I do 250mcg EOD?

As @SteveMobsterG said, it's a one time thing for now so ice them and lay off anything that's gonna bother them for a few days to a week.
If it persists then I would start a BPC157/TB500 protocol

bpc157-500mcg daily
TB500-5mg/wk split into 2 shots

Plan on 6 weeks. If you get to four and your not feeling much better than add another 2 weeks. If you get to 8 weeks and it's not resolved you may want to go for imaging to see what's going on.
