I did 12x12 pullups on my back and arms day. Took like 1-2 minutes between sets. Afterwards I started feeling some elbow issues and now tendonitis has developed. I can’t even work my arms correctly in the gym anymore! How much bpc157 would you recommend I use going forward to help with this? Should I go with 100mcg a day into my elbow? Or should I do 250mcg EOD?
