Woud appreciate some suggestions on taking clen!

Just wondering if any of you can offer any advice on taking clen. I am a pretty small girl but I can kick some ass in the gym:p IMO (among others)!

I have a prolactinoma and take Dostinex for it but have been off it for about 6months and after my blood test two weeks ago my dr said my prolactin level is getting higher and will only continue so. I could go back on the Dostinex if I want but am not sure if I should or not with the Clen or even if it matters.

I am pretty small (5'2") like I said so not sure of the amount of clen to start with and work up to. Plus how has the days/weeks on and off work for ya'll! So basicly any info would be great info!

I just started to research it and was wondering, no decisions made yet! There is nobody I know who has used it so I would like to get some words from the first or even second hand users.

I want to put on some more muscle yet loose some fat also. From what I have been told it allows you to loose the fat without loosing the muscle you already have. I am not sure if it is for me which is why I came to you guys in hopes to be led in the right direction. I do cardio, eat great, and lift like crazy to loose the fat but want to put on more muscle. My boyfriend dosn't seem against it but he is also a guy and I can't talk to any other girls about this simply because I don't know any who would have any idea what I am talking about. Plus I wouldn't want anyone to know if I did decide to do it. He sees me work my butt off and said he will put me on a specific program to make sure I do it correctly. I am happy with the way I look now but simply not happy enough. I can't tell you how much I would appreciate your help. Thank You in advance!!!

well I am a guy but I can tell you a few things about clen...

first off it is not a steroid, it is a asthma drug and it is not so much a tissue building drug as some may belive. Instead it is mainly anti-catabolic and so in that sense may be helpful. As far as fat loss and anti-catabolic properties are concerned I have not seen a big difference between a good eca/nyc stack and clen, save for maybe that clen does not curb my appetite like the effedrine. I also belive that in your case your work ethic may be getting in the way of muscle gains, in other words you can't gain muscle mass on a caloric defecit which is what it sounds like you are creating with the cardio.

So in short clen isn't all it is cracked upto be, and you would see much better results through a different training style and diet, one that focused more on your goal of increasing muscle mass. Belive it or not there are diets that allow for lbm increases without an increase in fat, but they are usually based on a lbm and basal metabolic rate so that you know your exact caloric needs. I would start by figuring out your bf % and go from there.
 
Thank you Soooo much for your help!!! Last time I got my bf it was 12% but I am not sure about now I am only 5'2" so every little bit of fat shows more than it would on someone who is taller. I get frustrated because I am happy with by body from the belly button up but want to loose about 5lb of fat below that point. and I am afraid cardio would break down my muscles too much in my upper body! I do keep my heart rate up through my entire weights workout so that helps. I think my biggest issue is my diet, don't get me wrong I eat great but I am not sure I am eating correctly for my goals. When my boyfriend comes back from out of town I am going to have him set me up on a meal plan. He is great and knows so much but dosn't push any aspect of the sport if I don't ask him to so I think it is time to ask away! Thanks again and I hope you dont' mind if I ask other questions if they come up!

ask away, and if you get time try to read a couple of mr. x's stickies in the diet section....also i think spatts has an example carb rotation diet if you want to see one
