Ive recently read an article on bodybuilding.com by John Berardi entitled Massive Eating that produces a calory figure you should use every day, and the right meal combinations to achieve this through.
Its an eating program for bulking that is supposed to allow you to make the best muscle gains whilst restricting fat gain to a minimum.
Has anyone on these boards had any success with this method?
