worried about deepening voice

this is A bit embarrassing but I don’t really see many threads about it
I’ve been on testosterone and winstrol for the past 10 weeks. My boyfriend is starting to complain that I’m having deepening voice. I have noticed anything myself but he says that it’s definitely happening.
My question is how do I fix this issue without having to stop my cycle?. I’m on 70mgs a week test and 20mgs a day winstrol.

yes that is one of the side effects you can expect as a female using steroids and it's a red flag that you should probably stop

70 milligrams of testosterone is way too much that's the source of your issue
