Workout to get cut

tzan

New member
I'm trying to cut up right now and was wondering if anyone has any good splits for it. Right now I'm lifting each muscle just once a week, but I'm thinking about changing that. Any suggestions???

Cutting is 90% diet and cardio, 10% lifting. Remember, lifting is for muscle growth, period. Whether you're bulking or cutting. If you want to change up your split, that's fine. But don't base it on whether you're trying to gain or lose.

Good point. I've never really "cut" before, so all this shit is a little new to me. I might be in the minority here, but so far it seems like cutting is easier than bulking. All you have to do is stay discipline with your diet and run your ass off and the bf just keeps going downnnnnnnnn.
