Hi,
Is weight-lifting four days in a row w/o a day off in between too much? For work-related reasons, my current workout routine looks like this:
Monday: cardio
Tuesday: CHEST
Wednesday: cardio
Thursday: BACK
Friday: DELTS & TRIS
Saturday: HAMS & BIS
Sunday: QUADS
Mondays and Wednesdays are really hectic for me, so it's hard to do a full weight-training workout on those days. Is this schedule (thursday thru sunday) too much? I guess I could do a four day split and take one day off, but I hate to be out of the gym.
