When i start up on my AAS cycle, how should my workout change from it normally is? Do i stay in the gym longer knowing that cortisol is not a problem? Do i just push as heavy weight as i can for as long as i can til i get tired? I'm not familiar with how to workout on AAS. Should I start working each bodypart 4 times a week or more? All and any info i appreciated.

You actually worked out before starting. :worried:

lol I was at the gym the other day and some kid was talking about just starting working out and he might be able to get some test from his cousin.

not surprising....its 10x worse in south florida...i think 30% of the teenagers (18-19)have done juice here and just got fat, acne and uglier without knowing a thing about training or dieting.

Hey bro,
I can imagine. :) Yeah this dipshit was going on and on with some guy, it seemed like he just met. There were a few other guys around and somebody's trophy that seemed quite interested in the conversation.

you should start training like a freakin madman, go all out, lift heavy weight, lift to you puke or feel like puking, definitely step up your workout into high gear, take advantage of those hormones running through your body, and never look back.......

prolly not a good idea, bro. your muscle strength will grow much faster than your tendon strength. ur just asking for an injury if you push yourself too hard, too fast. 'going all out' should be reserved for late in your cycle. just do what you normally do(you should be pushing yourself anyway) and what you will notice is your recovery time will diminish, you wont be as sore after workouts. you'll be able to workout longer, thus get stronger. good luck on your first time out! welcome to the darkside.

This is when you must chart your progress and make recovery manditory. I say this because you will be getting stronger and have more energy/push, and you must guard against injury.

Keep your routine basic, with emphasis on compound movements. 3 to 4 sets of 6-8 reps. Move the weights up gradually, especially on the days you feel like Superman. Or do one more rep.

Get at least one more hour of rest .... naps are great. You are growning and need this repair time.

Raise your proteins and bulky carbs.

Look at your lifting progress each week. Body weight and size will take care of itself.
