women's first cycle

ladies please help! i need some help for a freind i train with. she is considering a cycle of a.s. i don't totally support it but i can't deny that it does work, especially after she knows i use the juice.

i have easy access to legit winny, test and deca.
what dose of deca is good for a woman? is 50mg-100mg a week ok? she has been training for a few years now and seriously has all the the other factors in place when considering a cycle i.e. sleep, committment, diet and more determination then most guys. she is 6'1 and 160 lbs and now around 22% bf.

i would like some feedback as to the dosages and your experiences with your first cycles, that is the women. what sides can be expected? she doesn't want to be a bodybuilder but rather take her training to another level and attain the, 'fitness model' look, which we all know they juice.

one last thing... i have a two week wait for my deca. do you think it's ok to start a shot of test enth at 100 for a week or two to get the blood levels up and then switch over to the deca when it comes in? i have the test now so that's why i'm asking.
 
If she is at 22% bodyfat, she really needs to get her diet into check first and get that number down consirdably. Her diet must be total shit, sorry :) Fix the diet first, AS won't help out at all with that.
 
thanks for your input. she eats very clean and getting the bf% down. currently her diet is around 1400 calories and is doing cardio and training hard.

don't you think that the body fat at will go down as the lean mass goes up? are you saying stay away from a.s. until she reaches a lower bf?

please make some specific suggestions.
 
She's 6'1" and eats 1400 calories...per day?! No wonder she's not losing fat. Her body already thinks it's starving, so it's not gonna want to let go of anything. I'm 5'5" and eat nearly twice that. I spent 20 years dieting, starving, doing hours of cardio, and just got fatter :mad:. All that was doing was burning up my muscle.

Increasing her lean mass can help her bodyfat go down. It worked for me. But she won't be able to build much lean mass with so little food. She needs food more than she needs AS. W/o the diet, she'd be wasting the AS anyway.

She doesn't need juice to look like a fitness model. If she was wanting to look like some of the more muscular fitness competitors, then maybe. But still she'd have to put in the training and diet.
 
i agree with you on the diet.. 100% i'm trying to get her to eat more. the 1400 calories are up from the 1000 she was eating. she had a previous eating disorder and is afraid of carbs now. i told just as you did that she needs extra calories to build muscle which will in turn be burning muscle.
