i am getting ready to start my cycle and have received most of my information on these meds from men. i would really appreciate a womens opinion. i am 30 yrs old 5'5 120 lbs around 25% body fat. According to most standards i look pretty good, to my standards i look pretty fat! (i would consider myself a skinny fat person!)
I took cynomel before my wedding 3 years ago, 1 tab 25mcg per day in the am for 30 days and it was awesome(16% body fat & 110lbs) I got pregnant on my honeymoon and took clen after to help loose my baby weight. It also worked pretty well (115 lbs 20%body fat). Then I fell off the bandwagon and here I am today! My son is now 2, I have been hitting the gym hard, 5 days week - cardio 30-60 min. per day and weights at least 3 days a week. (it has been about 1 month) I am not seeing the results I am use to. My diet is clean, but I need a new workout and would like to take clen and cytomel together this time for a boost. I am unsure how to stack them (i do not even know exactly what that means). can you please give me some opinions on whether to take the clen for 2 weeks then stop and take the cynomel for 2 weeks for a total of 8 weeks, or just take them at the same time both clen and cynomel for 4 weeks. Your opinion on dosage would be great as well. If you are feeling really generous a great workout would be awesome!

Your body fat now is too high I would hold off on the clen tell you get to 18% or less.
Can you please post your exact diet and current training see what can be tweaked there to get you where you want to be. Oh and WELCOME TO ELITE :qt:

What QT said. Your weight isn't high for your height, and on average your bodyfat is 'normal' for the typical female. What your body is made up of is an issue if you feel that you look fat. You don't have enough muscle. My real concern w/ using t3 (cynomel / cytomel) is that it consumes both fat AND muscle indiscriminantly. By your bodyfat ratio, you probably are low on muscle, and thus the higher ratio, but again, your weight is low.

If you can post up your diet & training I'm sure we can get you kick-started. I really hesitate to recommend relying on thyroid medication to change your bodyfat.

Word I see NO reason why anyone that does not have plans to compete to EVER use T3. Even competitors shouldn't use it until they are below 14%.

i used both two years ago for a crusie, and i wish i had not!

i rebounded really bad about 7-10 pounds. temporary fix. it took a couple months for me to get back to normal, i was really careful too.

yuck. i dont even take diet pills anymore. i used ephedrine for about three years. never stopped. i spent about 60 $$$ a month to be about 10 pounds thinner. When it was banned, i gained it all back plus a couple. there's something to be said about just doing things on your own w/ out all that help. eventually you'll have ta do it on your own!

:)

I must agree with these girls... you have all the tools you need to lose that weight without the use of those substances. I was able to lose 16 pounds in 6 weeks... I'm still losing at least a pound or two a week (I started out at 145 pounds, I'm 5'2...) and not even considering touching the stuff until I begin to plateau... but since my metabolism is doing the work on its own, why bother until then? There's so many things you can do to trick your metabolism into doing crazy things... took me a couple years to learn that...
