Women and AAS help

My girlfriend wants to do a cycle to cut and gain some lean muscle I was thinking winny......what dose? also thought she could finish with clen (as I have lots left in my pump) same 2 weeks on 2 weeks off?

Another thing is she is on the pill (birth control pill) should she go off? If so how would the winny effect her period? The pill apparently regulates when she gets it and that is one of the concerns she has about going off....

I need as much info as you can give

Also other cycle recomendations are welcome

I just couldnt give her the answers she needed about this because I have no clue when it comes to women and I wouldnt want to endanger her.

how would you factor in a keto diet? while on or after with the clen?

The goal is to lose bf% and gain lean muscle, diet is clean and will stay that way with the occasional cheat day, not sure if the keto diet will work out because she is dedicated but a very big carb junkie (mostly breads and pasta not junk food)

I have heard that alot of women do not like winny as it has quite a few sides for women, but I have heard conflicting info as well saying it is great for women.

Primo or anavar instead? what doses? I know what Anavar would do for me (not much) but what kind of results would a female expect (ballpark here) with just anavar? basically this is a cutting cycle but also trying to gain some lean mass

please give me all the info you can

Thanks that answered just about all of my questions, I was on yesterday and missed that post altogether.

The one thing I still need to know is......she is on birthcontrol pills.....I assume it would be a good idea to stop?? The problem is that the pills regulate when she will have her period every month. Now do all the types of gear stop the menstral cycle? does it return after you are off or how long does it take?

what would the differences be between primo, winny, anavar and test be at the doses you recommended in regards to her menstral cycle?

last but not least......will I have to start using a condom since she will most likely have to be off the pill? (I am guessing she should come off the pill)

After reading the stickies....have you both narrowed it down to what type of cycle she will be doing???

Most searches on each one you named, will give you the info on doses, and possible sides associated with each.

I have done winny, but am not on any B/C. Only because I had my hubby castrated after our third child. But.... her menstral cycle might be affected or might not, since each of us act differently to AS............ My first cycle of winny, did not affect my monthly cycle. But each person is diferent. Normally if she misses a period while cycling, it should return in a month or two .

I will suggest, that if she goes off the B/C....you do use a condom. For obvious reasons :)

Thanks Ann

I am still not sure what she will want to cycle, I am going to get her to read all the info posted throughout this board as she may have questions I wouldnt think to ask.

She has alot of info on AS from me but it only pertains to males, which is totally different and thats why I came here......my regular board has next to nothing on Women and AS (www.anabolex.com) So I am glad there is a place like this that is dedicated to women to find more answers

Winny was the first choice due to the fact that I have a very reliable domestic source who has excellent prices on everything (especially winny powder) I think Anavar may be what she goes with even though it is alot more $$.....cheaper is always better, but price is not an issue when it comes to something like this, I am going to have to find more info on primo and low dose test for women before any final decisions are made.......if in fact she still wants to go forward after she does more research.

anavar sounds more like the choice for her..... but only if she is committed to hitting the weights.

Remember, that if she does do an AS, make sure she is lifting weights....... I mean really lifting. Messing with all of this is not for a beginner in the gym.

Doing a cycle, wont magically add the muscle. She has got to work her ass off...... wish it was that easy though sometimes :)

If she wants to lose some B/F, why dont you just start her with some good thermogenics..... they work wonders for me when I am trying to shed some extra b/f.

Only because I had my hubby castrated after our third child

I wonder how many guys read this and cringed for a moment....?
Ann just tosses it out there like any other sentence. LOL! I had 4 guys hunched over in pain just announcing that I had to take an hour for lunch to drop my cat off to get "fixed"....

Anyway -- also search on "birth control" and "AS" and you should find some more answers. Unless she is going to compete, the extra bit of body fat that is estrogen related shouldn't be that big a deal. From posts, it sounds like winny can cause menstrual cycle cessation for longer periods of time. Sometimes starting birth control pills can help re-establish the cycle then. Anavar doesn't seem to be as bad in that way.

If she plans to drop bodyfat below 11-12% her menstrual cycle may shut off by itself just due to low bodyfat. This happens to most competitors. Its not a healthy state to remain in for extended periods of time because the menstrual cycle is associated with the calcium needed for strong bones -- you sometimes hear about anorexics or female athletes having brittle bones -- this is due to lack of menstrual cycle --- same thing as menopause. (This is the simple version -- if you have correct technical terminology, please feel free to correct me..)

Boy, I'll tell you. You women are really clueless. I did however find it amuzing to see all the women who completly lost their sex drive on depo-provera screaming they had been castrated. So, I guess it's a two way street huh ladies?
