Ladies..got a question for you....if you are doing a contest prep....and you don't have to worry about getting pregnant....would you stop taking "the pill"?? Does taking the pill work against other supplements? AAS? It probably is an obvious question but one I didn't really think about...duh!! lol

Yes IMO it is counter productive more often then not a common side effect of BC is weight gain and increased appetite. Do you want either of those in a contest prep?

Keep in mind that this all depends a great deal on what "pill" you are on. There is many many different kinds of birth control on the market. Low estro/high estro , low prestrin/high progestron and so on... I knwo the pill my wife is on thins her out big time, but lets say the depo shot made her the fattest I had ever seen her.

lol need2...it's an interesting thought..I was just thinking not so much about sides like appetite but if you're on a high estrogen BC, yet taking something to increase testosterone...would they work against each other? diminish the effects of either pill? that type of thing...how the whole chemical reactions in the body work. ..

Sure High estro Bc's are the worst. Of course that is going to effect your gains and at the same time its also going to add fat and water weight to.
