winstrol & test 1st time ?'s

Hi I am a 32 yr old male who wants to do a winstrol/test cycle to cut weight & tighten up my body. I currently weigh 200 & my goal weight is 175. I will be doing them both orally due to fear of poking. I also want the 50mg win. That's about all I know. I believe I am supposed to do 50mg win a day. How much & how often should I take test & which kind is best? How long is a cycle? I know im not supposed to ask where to get it but can I ask what name brands should I go with so I get good quality & not get ripped off? Thanks guys.
