Winstrol Depot Fake or Real?

I got before some days some winstrol depot.I have done my first shots, but i am very curious if this is real or fake.
I have read online that desma labs doesnt produce winstrol anymore and that fakes are all over the place.
Is this true?
From the pic i have included,it appears the real deal to you or some fake clone of desma.
I let the ampule about 3 hours steady and you can see clearly the white fluid on the left.The dosage of the white fluid appears correct to you?

I did my first shot on saturday,then on monday.Still shot from monday hurts.Not that i cant walk,but it hurts when i try to shit down or when i run.
