I am 5 foot six, 60 kilograms, size 36D Breast, size 8 hips, I have trained all my life, doing Karate, Latin american dancing, etc. Weight training for 10 years. I run 5 kilometres 3 times per week. I have had 2 kids, but you can't see it. I run to keep my legs strong, cause they get muscular very quickly, and I love muscle on a man, but only like an athletic look on a woman, as I say madonna is big enough for me. I wouldn't personally want to be any bigger than that. I cannot get there with normal training and protein. I just want a push to get there, I'll be able to maintain it, i'm sure. I only want to pick up 3 kilograms of muscle more or less. I am pretty healthy, eat loads of pasta's tuna, fish, chicken. I eat 4 times per day at least and take one protein supplement. I have not done enough research as I don't know where to go for information. I have used Ripped Fuel and Hydroxicut with great results up to now, but since my hubby took deca, I want to too. I get a bit lost on the websites, I would love some specific info on the suggested products, where it came from, what's good for women, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance.
