Winstrol cycle...

i have recently acquired some winstrol and am wondering what would be a good cycle...?

i have 50 50/mg tabs...

also, what kind of side effects should i expect?

the bro's on this site are reading your post, asking themselves a few questions like:

1. how come this newbie didn't read the newbie info post, which tells him to post stats (e.g. age, height, weight, experience, bf%, goals) ...

2. why didn't you do any research BEFORE you bought the winny.

then they might tell you that the half life of winny oral is 3-4 hrs, and one 50mg tab is not as effective as 10 5mg tabs at keeping an elevated level in your body.

that's just my guess though. I'm a newbie too. I'm learning via reading what these guys have to say - but that also means you are willing to invest a little time.

first of all, the winny was given to me....i didn`t purchase it. hence the reason i am asking the questions after the fact.

secondly, i was trying to take the easy way out and just hope someone would post a little cycle for me. apparently this isn`t going to work.

alright, i just did a search on winny and i was only allowed to view 5 of a supposed 20,000 posts (one of these five was my own post!).

so, if anyone could help me out with a few comments it would be great.

i am 5`10".....about 230lbs....body fat is around 20% (give or take)....and i have been training naturally for 4 years now.

again, any help would be most appreciated.
