ran it twice, first was a 6 week by itself to see how i react to it. doses varied from 50-150mg. its effects were minimal for me at a dose of 50mg. at 100mg my muscles were hard 24/7, and was able to lean up a little bit more, and the last week was great when i bumped it up to 150mg.
then ran it in a 6 week cycle along with dbol/test/clen/t-3/winny. at 100mg. Held on to almost all of my muscle, cut an unbelievable amount of weight off and lost inches of my waist. Strength increased a noticeable amount. Held minimal water and used no anti-e.
never had any joint pain.
I recommend starting with a dose of around 50mg, and adjusting it accordingly to how your body responds to it.
also i personally feel winny is a waste unless you are at a relatively low body fat %.
