I was wondering what kind of results you guys got from 100mg of winny a day. ie in the forms of strength, lbm, etc.

i did this for one of my previous cycles to cut up. i also was on an extreme diet. i lost so much weight in only a few weeks and i know hardly any of it was muscle because i barely lost any strength. its good stuff as far as maintaining muscle on a calorie restricted diet in my opinion. im sure if i would have take it while bulking i would have added a considerable amount of good quality muscle as well as strength
