Wings VERY slow to grow need help.

It seems the rest of my body is going at the same rate but my wings have harldy gown at all. What are some good exercises to get my wings on pace with everything else? They are no pull down machines in the gym I use so thos exercises are out.

sternum pullups

weighted chins

weighted close grip chins

bb rows

T-bar

DB rows with movement back to the hip
 
flex your lats and stick your arms out when you walk, I think it helps the neural connection...

I did that a lot in my teenage days :)
