William Llewellyn's Anabolics Opinion

How much have anabolics changed in the last 10 years? ANd if it needs nine rewritings, how accurate was it in the first place? How accurate is the latest one if there's going to be a new one next year?

i agree man.I havent read the new one but i read a few older versions and they were pretty much the same.Good books, if you dont have any.But if you have one, no need to purchase a new one imo.

honestly you can learn far more reading the experiences of juicers on these boards and reading logs especially.

in terms of weight training i have learned a lot from just watching other lifters (the ones who look the part of course) .. its like going fishing and paying attention to what the guys are doing who are pulling in the fish, and not the guys who are there smoking and playing around.

in terms of diet you can learn from going to a health food store and stalking someone who looks jacked, just watch what they are buying and putting in their carts.. and you can watch someone out of shape at walmart and see what they are buying and it will tell you all you need to know.

I bought the ebook for $10. It's not a bad book if you're interested in learning about the different compounds out there from anabolics to things like kynoselen but the pct stuff is completely outdated as is the supports for on cycle.

Most of that stuff is outdated. Those books were all we had 15 years ago but now you get better information on Elite Fitness. Some other sites are still parroting the steroid advice from books written in the 1990's.

Yeah I've encountered that. When I used to post over on another well know board some guy referenced me to a book written in 2000. Year by year things change and to refer to a book written 13 years ago like its gospel is retarded

I've not bought one since the 6th edition but I really like his articles in Muscular Development magazine.

Wow! a lot of different opinions!
No doubt that book differs a lot on Elite Fitness way of cycling (No Elite Fitness products = Horrible cycle) but it has really cool things too, I really like the emphasis it puts on the sides on your lipid profile, I'm scared on how a lot of people care about gyno, balls shrinking and hair loss but don't have any clue on the HDL/LDL ratio.
The book is a very good place to start for newbies I believe.
I wonder if any author is going to do business with Elite Fitness one day and promote its products as a good advice for cycling.
What I like the most of William Llewellyn's Anabolics is that every sentence is documented and supported so there is 0 broscience.
