Is it true that if one used steroids at 18 y.o he will become permanently infertile??

If he did a little winstrol/test prop cycle for 6 weeks then run a proper pct will he become infertile?
Oh he could have kids normally?
It's was just one cycle and never did it again
So in the future he can bring kids?
