Hi all.
I have finally been eating right according to the posts I got back from all you gals. Eating 5 times a day 3 meals 2 snacks. I I roughly consume about 115 to 125 gr. of protein a day. And I have my last carbs before 5:00 pm. I also supplement with my 2 protein shakes a day.
My problem is since I went up to eating 5 times a day rather than 3 times a day. I gained weight. NOT A GOOD KIND THOUGH !!!! My thighs & especially my butt have gotten a lot thicker & wider. I have tried for months, & months to get a lifted, sculpted ass, & the kind of legs I have always wanted, & this happens.
Now what do I do ? ? ? ?
PS: I did leave out of my posts in the past, I should have mentioned it earlier. Do to my injury & my doctor's orders I AM NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANY RIGOURUS CARDIO !!!! I can't run, bike or swim. only light walking. but I really don't think I need to lose any bodyweight. I am 5'6 tall & 125-130 lbs.
But my focus is to gain muscle, but my eating 5 times a day. plenty of protein, veggies, & water. And limiting my carbs to only morning & afternoons, How did mmy thighs & butt get fat ? They weren't like that 3 weeks ago !!!!
