If everyone were a millionaire inflation would skyrocket due to a massive increase in demand and, in relative terms, you would be just as 'poor' as you are today vis a vis your purchasing power.

Best example would be Mexico before 1995 when things would cost 10 000 pesos (then had to switch to a "new" peso after), Argentina lately, Iraq, Germany right after WWII..... These are examples of everyone being a "millionaire" but in fact they were eating their own poop since they couldn't afford a miserable bread...
