Why can't they make Ice Cream with low fat and high protein???

I don't have the recipe with me right now. I'll get it 2morrow. I do know that you can make a few different variations with unflavored jello. tofu, evaporated skim milk (to replace the whipping cream).

Okay, never mind. The recipe calls for heavy whipping cream which makes the fat content go way up. If you are doing a CKD or an Atkins you can have it though. That is what I am doing and I am looking forward to using my ice crem make and trying it out.
