I love banana, pears and apples but now Im cutting and I try to avoid fruits. Although I think a serving of fruit a day or half-serving wouldnt hurt. When would be the best time to eat it? I eat 1/2cup of oatmeal with 50gr of isopure zero carb 1,5hr post workout...adding a banana/pear/apple to the oatmeal/whey would be too much of carbs?
