Who use fruits while cutting or an 1hr/1.5hr postworkout?

I love banana, pears and apples but now Im cutting and I try to avoid fruits. Although I think a serving of fruit a day or half-serving wouldnt hurt. When would be the best time to eat it? I eat 1/2cup of oatmeal with 50gr of isopure zero carb 1,5hr post workout...adding a banana/pear/apple to the oatmeal/whey would be too much of carbs?
 
The best(or safest if you prefer) time to eat fruit is first thing in the morning as your liver glycogen is empty from the all night fast. An hour or so before workout is another good time as it will make sure your liver glycogen is full and you have plenty of energy. No fruit while cutting is a bad myth that needs to diet. As long as you aren't going overboard on the fruit then a few apples/oranges/pears/etc... aren't going to hamper your fat loss.

I used to eat 2-3 granny smith apples a day while dieting and it never seemed to slow me down any, and it was a good way to satisfy a sweet tooth if need be.
