2. nope, assholes {the body part, not some individuals} at least in males, tend to have some amount of hair; unless you happen to be a fair haired blonde; if you happen to be Italian, you got hair everywhere.
I learned the idea of shaving the brown star from Howard Stern. He keeps his hairless and thus makes the 'clean up' very easy; usually two tissues is al that needed, as there is no hair there for 'it' to cling to. Smooth skin is easier to clean than hairy skin.
The art and technique of shaving one's pucker point is for another thread and another time.
