V Valdez New member Apr 15, 2001 #3 hey cackerot69 look at my push pull legs routine. I always split my workouts into at least 3 different days. never 5 or more though, 4 days is best for me. I'm doing 1 day on 1 day off so that's 3.5 training days a week.
