Do they explain the program and how to use it?

The seminar video set is very good. They explain the system and methods and then they have seminar attendees demonstrate and preform the exercises while they give advice/tips on how to do the movements. The seminar set would be great for a newcomer to Westside. So yes, they explain the program and how to use it.

I have the Reactive method, the benching secrets, and the squatting secrets. I would say that the reactive method is the most useful as it is the newest out. It explains how to use bands and chains and stuff and then tells about squat cycles with bands. It also shows some live footage of them benching and squatting. Definitely worth it.

Have the bench press video.Its pretty good,has george and kenny benching on speed day.

As much as I hate to jump on the "me too" bandwagon, I will say that I think they are the greatest training vidoes out there, and I have a couple hundred to chose from.

You can sell the originals, but if you sell copies you are screwing Dave and Louie out of money. Besides being illegal to sell copies of a copyrighted work, Dave Tate and Louie Simmons work very hard making a living doing this sort of thing, and it is not right to take money they could be making by selling pirates.

Those guys are responsible for an enormous percentage of my current total, and they are good people.
