Usually I have my girl-friend give me a massage with menthol cream... But when my relatives are in town then I usually get accupuncture/chiropractic care... I prefer the girl-friend but the accupunture helps more.

Robboe... acupuncture and acupressure are two different methods... acupuncture uses needles whilst acupressure is more like a massage...

Man I tell you... I hurt my right delt a few months ago and had physiotherapy (medical insurance covered)... it was OK... but this acupressure massage master that I went to for my traps... he's damn good.. my traps are OK now!... the unfortunate thing is it's not covered by insurance...
