white thick round pill with a triangle on one side(anyone know what it is)?

if i remember correctly naps have a score on one side and the pills arent so thick.
these are thick with a very small triangle on one side.
my friend has a shitload of these but is afraid too take them because hes in his 50s and does not want too take dballs.
im not sure if there naps or not.
