X2.....My favorite is cucumber. If you're using Cruciferous veggies like broccoli or brussel sprouts watch for excess bloating.

To name a few: Lettuce, cucumber (pickels as well ), tomato (although it's not a vegetable), broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, onion, paprika (all colors), cabbage, green beans...and the list goes on...
