Maybe 3 days a week, but come on...it's your DIET. If you're hitting the weights hard and taking AAS and eating EXACTLY what you should and no cheating...you'll be amazed w/ the results..Cardio does a good job of hindering strength and muscle mass @ 20min. ED
maybe or maybe not. a little cardio may do wonders for other very important things such as blood pressure, heart rate, mood. moderate cardio should not hinder muscle mass unless your doing something ridiculous like long distance running. (could this POSSIBLY be fun?)
