Which SARM is best suited for ladies and at what dosage would be the safest?

Lgd-4033 5mg - 30mg ..
And
MK-2866, YK-11 ...
Dosages between 10mg-40mg of each in a day are best.
You can stack all 3.

Some other sarms are good too but it depends on your goals and body chemistry.

I have used the following and stack them together with little to no negative effects..

Mk-2866 40mg
Lgd-4033 20mg
RAD-140 40mg
YK-11 40mg

Note: I suggest start with half of the dosages listed above if first cycle.
