Which Of These 2 Highly Rated Programs Will Help Me Get Big

First there's the Strong Lift 5x5 and I have seen some great results from it but I'm not sure if continuing it will help me grow to the size I want.

The second option is Ryan Hughes work out program found here:

(NOT doing this to promote him at all)...just trying to find the best program that will put mass on my arms.

His diet program seems way too expensive and intense to keep up with though.
 
So is your goal to "gain size" or to get bigger arms? I did a lot of research on lifting programs. To get gain size is not the same training as just worrying about your arms.

DC and a clean high-calorie diet.. I am kicking myself for not starting this training program years ago.

Is there an exact program i can follow for this.

I did Strong Lift for 3 months when an admin on this site led me on to it but it didn't really give me the size I wanted.
Not sure if i should continue but just alter my diet or find a new program all together.
 
Why would you want to grow just your arms?


Complaining wont make you look good naked!

Because as a track runner my legs are already in great shape.

I could go for a full body build but once again...im trying to figure out which is the best.
 
I'm doing the SL 5x5. 2nd week in and it's going great. Try running another cycle of it.

You cant grow just arms bro......our bodz dont work that way.
You a sprinter, mid distance or long distance runner or hurdler?
 
3 months is not really long enough to see huge results for any program. With a program like that you have to stick with it for awhile. Check out Jim Wendler 5/3/1. Your arms will grow most from a combo of heavy conjunction movements and isolation movements. My triceps grow most from heavy pressing moves and my biceps seem to respond more from isolation.
