This is my first time at this board. I'm looking to start using a new diet this summer to help me achieve my goals. Here's my info:
I'm 6'5" , 230 lbs and 17 years old. As of now, I'm guessing that I am 17% bodyfat.
My problem is that I'm a basketball player and I've lost speed and jumping ability ever since I started bulking. I want to get both of them back up so that I'll be better on the court.
This summer, I'll be playing ball about 2-3 times per week and training in between.
I want to know what diets to use and what supplements to help me get leaner. I want to get down to about 10% BF.
