Right- all the local work out shops are sorta closing down for some reason, so ebay is as good a place as any for my whey, seen one that i though "hmm perfect, fair price and buy2 get 1 free" then looked at more and imo there is some at silly low prices and obv designer gear at silly high prices
so can someone help me pick a whey ? and more importantly tell me why one is better than the other.

can i ask why? or is it simply due to looking at the protein v's the fat, carbs, etc etc?

based on the macros, ideally you'd want less fat after working out. I have no idea on the actual quality of the protein and would recommend you pay a bit more to get some stuff out of the US if you can..

I am a true fan of ON protein, tastes great and is a quality protein

thats the one i think i'll end up going for, it seems value for money but not too good to be true like the other one... plus it saves buying a shaker
i also still have a bit of a belly so the fat its low carbs suits my needs

yeah but do they ship to the uk for a fair price is the question, were getting about $2 to the £1 right now so buying from america is even cheaper right now than it usualy is , about $1.60 to the £1 iirc before.

WOW that site has AWSOME prices. and the have a currency converter on site so they must ship w/wide. just aint seen how much yet...
