divorces, business, careers, injuries, sickness, etc. it is okay to take a break from the gym grind, in fact it is productive to do it. hence why pro athletes have offseasons

absolutely and i literally never do bro... never... and approaching 40 its getting harder and harder to accept i cant quite do everything i could... so many fucking injuries and stresses etc... but that wont ever stop me, its just like any athlete, you have to make changes to adapt to your age/situation etc...
