I work with a girl that works out seven days a week. She's lost thirty pounds and looks teriffic. She lifts weights two days a week with a trainer and ,ang goes 45 to 55 minutes on the stairclimber every day. She's pissed becouse she isn't seeing deffinition and she wants enter a fitness show in three months. she eats like a bird.
I'm telling her to ease up on the stair climber and add more days to the weight room. But naturaly she doesnt believe me, so I told her I was going to post this message on the board so some experts could give there advice or opinions.
Please help out!!
