Higher reps better form? or leave it the same? I hear the just leave it the same but i feel when im cutting i can feel the squeeze for my contraction alot better with Higher rep Isolation exercises.

High reps are a myth. Weight training is about building as much muscle as possible, no matter whether you're bulking or cutting. You're workout should stay the same. Keep lifting heavy.

swain........ what was the point of bumping this????

Cause if YOU AINT SWAININ', YOU AINT TRAININ' BROLY!!

technically swainin and trainin are 2 different things. i see dozens of people each day who are trainin but not swainin. they are founding members of the Skinny Wife Beater Club.

When I was dieting for the show, I changed my routine a little as I knew what as I kept getting leaning, training heavy on every set would likell result in an injury. So I started doing a hevay compound exercise for 2 sets of 5-6 reps to hit the fast twitch fibres, then the rest of the workout was 8-10 rep sets, I never go over 10 reps for any reason

I would agree that it doesn't help you get cut anymore by going high reps, however I feel that when dieting it's harder to maintain the same routine as when bulking. So for that reason alone I would think changing the routine some would be beneficial. You can't expect to keep making the same gains while cutting that you did while bulking??
