Whats up. Currently I'm trying to cut up. I just started taking NYC stack along with primo and armidex. Although the past two weeks I've been running 2miles on an emty stomach ed I'm not going to be able to do it anymore, since my summer school classes start next week . I know the best times to burn fat is on emty stomach or after a workout. Since I won't be able to run in the morning I figure on running after I lift. Alright now for my question. I normally eithier drink a protein shake or eat a bar as soon as I'm done lifting. If I'm going to be doing cardio after I lift should I wait until I'm done running to take my protein or should I just take it like I ussually do after lifting.
