When to start cutting before season starts?

I play college rugby, and Ive been bulking for about the last three or so months. I think I want to work off somewhere between 5-10 pounds of fat without taking any supplements to help. How long would you think that would take?

You should not lose more than 1 pound a week bro. 1 pound equals 3,500 calories. So if you are losing more than this you will not be losing fat. You'll be losing muscle. No matter what you do it takes time to do it the right way....

I'd try protein shakes as a meal replacement to help you maintain your muscle with the fewest amount of calories.
