when to end cycle for contest

some advise please! Have competed in the past but always natural. Will be entering a contest march 12 2004.I am 43 and have trained religously for 27 years and there are no more natural gains to be had. I have low body fat now at 5'10" 190.I need to start a cycle to compete, when should this cycle end? No testing will be done.Would I also diet down the same as I would naturally?

I would run the cycle all the way up to contest time and then recoup and take a little break afterwards. Depending on when you would like to start I would say get in a bulk cycle or two before you actually begin a cutting cycle and run this all the way up until contest time. You'll just have to change the type and structure of the cycle you are running as you get closer to show date. As far as dieting, if you've been successful in the past stick with it.

Got it, will do a bulking cycle first,i have enough time to come off it before starting a cut cycle.Any reccomendations on a cut cycle?

I've got some shows coming up in September and I'm currently running Test Prop, Fina, Winstrol, GH, T3, Clen, ECA, and Femara. Not that you would have to do all these but I would go w/ maybe Prop & Fina w/ some type of anti-estrogen and some other ancillary to speed up metabolism as you get closer towards contest time.

make sure you know what to be on while you're actually on stage... some stuff can make you look soft/bloated. after all the work in the world, it'd be bad to lose due to bad planning.

i usually like to run my cycles a few weeks post contest, just to blow back up really quick.
