Maybe as a supplement but not your main squat lift. Monday would be good for a me but eventually it gets to heavy going for singles. They are great for teaching form and kicking your ass.
I've started hitting them about every 2 or 3 weeks as an accessory exercise on DE Day. I also tried them out about a week ago as an ME Exercise.. I have to say I love them... But I believe they are better as accessory work though...
