How do you keep your cool, chrystal light everyday?
 
Letting out my frustrations when training .. doesn't always work though. :evil:

If I dont eat carbs I usually have a hard time functioning, brain misses it's food ya know, so I feed it.

What food to you eat to calm your cravings though? Im bulking and even sometimes I get such strong cravings I could kill. I wonder why our bodies have evolved into this, and not eating things that are just good for our body.

Sometimes I pound water until it passes. I usually dont get cravings that bad b/c I have a cheat meal or day once a week, even when clean bulking.

BUT I did chew alot of gum, Trident white, I mean go through SO MUCH in a day. Other than that, Crystal Light kinda made my mouth blech. That & when I use to drink Diet Pepsi or sprite zero.
 
Fuck cheat meals, I say just drink chrystal light everyday, with NO cheat meal, although I once dieted for 4 months... I woke up craving sugar so badly, I ran to the fridge and drank some grape juice, it was so sugary it burned through my soul. The next say I ate some chocolates out of the pot of gold, hunger cravings kick sex cravings out the door! man I could go for some ...
 
I would say your body needs a cheat meal every week. It helps reduce, for me, mental frustration. I get pissy if I don't eat every 2 hours, I get REALLY pissy if I go more then 4 days without a big steak or a big ass hamburger. I, also, use my cheat meals as a way of balancing my weight loss also, I depend on them to keep me in check to not lose more then 2 pounds a week.
 
A cheat meal once a week is definitely something that can help keep you sane if it is a bother eating clean/less. At first I had a tough time and had some cravings, but I kept telling myself I was just eating to live and as a result of the way I would look good and be healthy. Sugar-free gum, sugar-free jello, and the occasional cheat meal kept me going through it smoothly.

Now the fact that I'm eating healthy with lead to bigger gains, a better appearance, and possibly a longer life can keep me going through with it rather easily..
