When is the best time to donate on cycle?

I wanted to donate because I heard its good for you. But when should I do it? I just started my cycle 2 weeks ago. Should I wait a little bit before I go?

I recommend donating blood every 8-12 weeks on cycle, every 12-16 weeks off cycle

Whatever they will allow you. For me I am allowed to go every 8 weeks.
