Ok. Say your missing about 20-25g of fat from your bulking diet.
When would be the best time to add in a tablespoon or 2 of olive oil or flax?
I try not to mix high fat content with my carbs, but with all the carbs I take in, there's really not a "carb free" meal, except for right before bedtime. So right before bed maybe?
What do u guys think?
