When do you decrease the amount of protein you eat after a cycle?

Everybody knows that you MUST increase protein and calories while on a cycle.....the thing is when do you cut back on the food intake after a cycle? Should I carry on eating the same amount of protein for a month after the cycle to help keep the gains I make? I presume everybody does this?

Keep cals and protein up all through PCT and maybe for week after, then keep protein just as high but slowly reduce calories from carbs and fats. After a couple of weeks I'd say you can eat normal (normal being 1g protein per lb, cals = bodyweight * 16-18).

This isn't an exact science so find out what works for you, but the above is what I do which holds my gains whilst putting on minimal if any bf.
